Maggy Zito Schultz March 29, 1966 – January 09, 2019 Share this obituary Local Florists View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card Passed away peacefully on January 9, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. Maggy was born on March 29, 1966 in Milwaukee. Raised in Whitefish Bay, Maggy graduated from Whitefish Bay High School and attended the University of Minnesota where she met her wonderful husband of 28 years, Paul Schultz.

Maggy was the loving mother of her adoring children, Gretta and Joseph. She was the devoted daughter of William and Priscilla Zito, treasured sister to William Jr. (Julie), Liza, Chris, and Ali. She was the wonderful aunt to Benjamin, Nicholas and Grace Bratrud; Jack and Mary Schultz; and Frankie, Gigi and Billy Zito.

Maggy is further survived by her mother-in-law Barbara Schultz (Ron Verdoorn), sister-in-law Susan Bratrud, and brother-in-law Mark (Lori). Maggy was preceded in death by her father-in-law Leo Schultz, brother-in-law Mark Bratrud, and her grandparents Ann and William Zito and Margaret and Frank McCormack. Maggy celebrated life with a vivacious spirit and a huge heart that touched the lives of all who knew her.

Maggy loved to throw parties, was a wonderful cook, list maker extraordinaire, loved the beach, was a master gardener and was happiest when she was surrounded by her family and many friends. Maggy loved her life; she truly considered herself the luckiest person she knew. She gave of herself generously throughout her life, working for her community and many charitable organizations, most especially the We Care Fund for Medical Innovation and Research for The Medical College of Wisconsin Department of Surgery.

Visitation will be at Feerick Funeral Home, 2025 E. Capitol Dr. in Shorewood, on Sunday, January 13th from 2:00 to 5:00PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00AM on Monday, January 14th at St Monica’s Catholic Church, 5681 N. Santa Monica Blvd. in Whitefish Bay.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the We Care Fund, through The Medical College of Wisconsin, 8701 Watertown Plank Rd. , Milwaukee, WI 53226, or at mcwsupport. mcw.
