Marcella V. (Estock) Berletich, 89, of Sebring, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 10:15 a.m. at Copeland Oaks in Sebring, Ohio. Born on February 14, 1929 in Alliance, to Andrew and Loretta (Coron) Estock, she lived in Alliance all of her life. From a family of eleven children, she was the second oldest and the oldest sister.

A graduate of Alliance High School, she worked at the Boston Store and B & W Research as a typist, J.C. Penney, and was then employed as Secretary to the Head Librarian of Mt. Union College. She was a member of St. George’s Croatian Club in Youngstown.

Marcella enjoyed music, watching old classic movies, reading, cooking, bingo and taking care of her children. Survivors include her two daughters, Loretta (Mike) Bann of N. Canton and Patricia (Michael Zarecky) Gelmini of Enon, OH; her son, Michael Gelmini of Alliance; a step-son, Michael Berletich of Portland, OR; two granddaughters, Kayla Marko and Stephanie Bann; two great-grandchildren, Hunter McCallister and Chloe McCallister; five sisters, Roberta Whitney of Alliance, Mary Ann Holland of Alliance, Lucille Eberling of Alliance, Dolores Denero of Aiken, SC and Loretta Best of Nixa, MO; a brother, Andrew Estock of Sebring; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her first husband, Henry Gelmini; second husband, Steve F. Berletich; son, Christopher Gelmini; step-daughter, Steva Marie McCune; her parents; three brothers, Everett “Whitey” Estock, Raymond Estock and Robert Estock; and a sister, Tricia Nervi.

Her Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home, with Rev. Matthew J. Mankowski, of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
