Marcia L. Reames, age 67, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away at 8:23 P.M. Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana December 11, 1951, to the late Delbert E. and Barbara L (Denny) Berry. Her husband, Ronald P. Reames in 2004 and a sister, Vicki Boyer also preceded Marcia in death.

She is survived by her children, Seanna (Rev. Rick) Miller of Bellefontaine and Rev. Berry (Kasey) Reames of Panama City, Florida; a sister, Jan (Jim) Newby of Indiana; a brother, Daniel (Mary Jo) Berry of Cleveland, Ohio and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Marcia worked for Logan County Job and Family Services for over twenty years before retiring. She was a member of the Bellefontaine Apostolic Temple. Church was Marcia’s life and was passionate about children’s ministry and musical ministry.

Marcia taught Sunday school for over fifty years. She enjoyed Thomas Kincaid works and all who knew and loved her will miss her. Visitation will be held Monday, March 4, 2019 from 4 to 7 P.M. at the Apostolic Temple in Bellefontaine, and from 10 to 11 A.M. Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at the church.

Pastor Tony Coy and Pastor Paul Phillip Dowdy will officiate a Homegoing service at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at the Bellefontaine Apostolic Temple. A graveside service will take place at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at the Rose Hill Burial Park in Springfield, Ohio. The arrangements are in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Bellefontaine.
