OBITUARY Margaret Day February 8, 1935 – December 4, 2018 Margaret Sue Day, 83, widow of William Curtiss Day of Easley, passed away on Tuesday, December, 4, 2018. Known for her sweet and kind spirit, she will be tremendously missed by many. Born in Easley, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Rula Hammond.

Mrs. Day was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Surviving are a daughter Sharon Day Forte (Mike), of Moncks Corner; two sons, Mark Nathan Day (Kim), of Pickens, and Michael David Day (David), of Inman; four grandchildren, Joey Nelson McDaniel of Moncks Corner, Stacy McDaniel Nicely of Moncks Corner, Morgan Elizabeth Day Williams of Sanford NC, and Ryan Curtalan Day of Greenville; and two great grandchildren, Jantzen Thomas McDaniel and Rylynn Grace Williams. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Day was predeceased by her brother Charles Hammond.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all those who participated in her care. Funeral services will be held 12 pm Saturday December 8, 2018 in the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home, Pickens, with burial at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests to send memorials to The American Heart Association or Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy.

The family will receive friends Saturday December 8, 2018 11am until 12pm at Dillard Funeral Home. Dillard Funeral Home is assisting the Day Family.
