Obituary Margaret Elizabeth Brooks, 94 of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Golden Oaks Personal Care. Born on June 14, 1924 in Stoyestown, PA a daughter of the late Charles Kraijger and Julia (Mullick) Shank and stepfather, Roy Shank. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Brooks, whom she married in 1942, in the parsonage of the Follansbee Free Methodist Church, and her son, Charles Brooks.
