Obituary for Maria Magdalena Guzman NORTH RICHLAND HILLS – Maria Magdalena Guzman, 68, passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Maria Magdalena Guzman was born on February 2, 1950 to Miguel and Maria Del Carmen Guzman in Michoacan, Mexico. Maria was a beloved sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, and friend.

She was a God fearing woman and a strong warrior. Maria taught her children the importance of family and unity. She was a counselor to her children providing them sound advice and a guiding hand along the way.

She was little but feisty. She will be greatly missed and will forever remain in our hearts. Maria was preceded in death by her sisters, Maria Del Lourdes Jimenez and Maria Josefina Garcia.

Survivors: Loving husband of 53 years, Manuel Guzman; daughter, Silvia Castillo and her husband, Cruz; sons, Alberto Guzman and Andres Guzman and wife, Amalia; daughter, Magdalena Gonzalez and husband, Jose; 16 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Maria Soledad Garcia de Roman; and brothers, Guillermo Torres and Juan Felipe Gomez.
