Obituary for Marian Louise Bailey Marian Louise Bailey, 82 of Navasota, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Hospice Brazos Valley Inpatient Facility in Bryan. A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, November 3rd at First United Methodist Church in Navasota with interment in Oakland Cemetery. Rev.

Jeremy Woodley will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel. Marian was born September 14, 1936 in Navasota to Robert and Opal (Lyle) Bailey.

She was employed by Hartford Insurance Company in Houston for 34 years before her retirement. She enjoyed being active in her church community and took part in many activities and ministries throughout the years. She is survived by two sisters-in-law, Marsha Bailey of Santa Fe, New Mexico and Gayle Bailey of Austin.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Robert F. Bailey, Jr., and Charles L. Bailey. Serving as pallbearers are Charles Randall Bailey, Craig Lyle Bailey, Gregg Baiano, and Doug Throckmorton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church of Navasota or M. D. Anderson Hospital at www.
