Marian R. Todd, 99, of Maquoketa, Iowa, died Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at Crestridge Nursing Facility in Maquoketa. Marian was born September 18, 1918, in Maquoketa, Iowa, to Charles and Margaret (Klemme) Bailey. She was married to Walter Miller on February 19, 1938, in Davenport, Iowa.

To this union were born were two sons, Charles and William. Walter preceded her in death on September 22, 1976. She later married Eugene Todd in 1982.

He preceded her in death in 2003. Marian was a member of the Maquoketa United Methodist Church. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, flower arranging and baking.

Marian is survived by her sons, Charles (Elaine) Miller of Delmar, and William (Wanda) Miller of Ankeny; grandchildren, Diane (Kerry) Wilhelm, Scott Miller, Rita (Dennis) Mueggenberg, Sarah Miller, Melissa Miller, and Derek (Erin) Miller; 7 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren; a brother, Owen Bailey; twin sisters, Charline Peterson and Maxine Jones, and a sister, Catherine Bailey; a sister-in-law, Dolores Bailey; nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Robert (Waive) Bailey, and Frank Bailey. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 2:00 until 3:45 p.m. Thursday, July 26, 2018, at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt, Iowa.

A Memorial Service will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
