Marie G. Bremer, 91, of Toledo, OH, passed away at the Parkcliffe Community, Tuesday, June 12, 2018. She was born Friday, September 3, 1926, in Toledo, OH, to parents Ludwig and Mary (Hoiss) Lorenz. Marie was employed as a Group Leader and Engineering Supervisor with the DeVilbiss Corporation for more than 44 years, retiring in 1988.

She was a member of the Toledo Artist Club, the Toledo Gem and Mineral Society, and Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. She is survived by her son Michael A. (Sarah) Bremer; grandchildren Stephanie Jaynes and Julie Anne Booth; great-grandchildren Dalton Messer and Connor and Anastaysa Booth; brother Ervin Lorenz; a host of nieces and nephews and Dedicated Friend Earl Wiesenmayer. Marie was preceded in death by her parents; husband Dale D. Bremer; and sisters Caroline Miller and Vera Bodette.

Friends may call at the Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 N. Main St. Sylvania, OH, Sunday June 17th from 4 – 9 PM, where Funeral Services will be held Monday the 18th at 11 AM. Those wishing to offer memorials in Marie’s memory, in lieu of flowers, are asked to consider the charity of their choice.
