Obituary for Mrs. Marilyn Bastek Mrs. Marilyn (Radigan) Bastek, 79, of Southington, wife of William Bastek, passed away on Thursday June 14th, 2018 at THoCC New Britain General. Born in New York City on March 4, 1939, she was the daughter of the late John and Agnes (Hannon) Radigan. She raised her family in Ridgefield, CT and moved to Southington 10 years ago where she has been a parishioner of St. Thomas Church.

Although an avid fan of the NY Yankees, nothing was more important to her than her family. She doted over her sons and adored her grandchildren. In addition to her husband of 53 years, Marilyn is survived by two sons; Greg and his wife Denise Bastek of Seymour, CT, and Chris and his wife Stephanie Bastek of Riverside, CT and six grandchildren: Gabriella, Patricia, Christian, Gregory Jr. Sophia and Noelle, brothers John and Daniel Radigan, and sister Patricia Radigan.

A Memorial Service will be held at 8 PM on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. in Southington. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours are Wednesday from 5 to 8 PM.
