Obituary for Marilyn LaVeda Terry FORT WORTH – Marilyn, momma, sister, aunt, ninny, granny is just some of the names she went by. She left his earth on Friday, April 20, 2018. Marilyn worked at several different jobs including Texas Instruments, General Dynamics and retired in 1992 from Bell Helicopter, where she worked as a wiring inspector.

After her retirement she focused her attention to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a rock in their lives. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren more than anything and looked forward to the time she was able spend with them.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Davis; father, Lee Davis; and one brother, Charles Davis. Marilyn was a charismatic person who had a beautiful smile and would charm you with her sweet voice. She had a son, James Earl.

He was the light of her life and she loved him unconditionally. Later, she married Mode Terry and was married to him 30 years and raised her son with him. After he passed she was able to find love again with Jr. Brown and lived together at the time of her passing.
