On May 15, 2019, Marion Rose Schonsberg Isola, loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed on at the age of 94. Marion was born on April 17, 1925 in Butte to Mario and Angeline (Caprara) Schonsberg. Marion married Lloyd Isola on May 29, 1982.

Marion worked at US Bank, Fidelity Finance and most recently at Prudential Federal Savings. She enjoyed her work, particularly the interaction with customer and was known for her friendliness and smile. Marion’s greatest joy in life was her family and home.

She loved to square dance and spend time with family in Wise River. She had a passion for reading to the very end of her life. She was fun loving and had a wonderful sense of humor.

She was a professional putterer and was always doing something. Marion was preceded in death by her parents, Mario and Angeline, her brother Robert Schonsberg, her son Bill Lyman and brother in law Tom Horne. Marion is survived by her husband, Lloyd, sister and brother in law Carol and Mike Ward, her sisters and brother in law, LaVerne Horne and LaVaun and Phil Dallas, her children, Roxanne Lyman Powers and Pat Powers, Deborah and Kent McBride, daughter in law, Michael Sue Lyman, grandchildren, Darryl and Michelle Lyman, William and Susan Lyman, Bobbie Ruckdashel, Brandi and Charlie Field, Becky and Paul McCarthy, Patrick Michael and Brandy “B” Powers, Shane and Trina Reed, Erin and Madison Reed, step children, Sheree Isola and Bill Bahr, David and Janet Isola, and Andy and Rene Isola and step grandchildren Nancy and John Michael Scow, Amanda and David Modde, Maria Isola and Ty Kemner, Caitlin and Adam Senechal, Eric and Carrie Isola Ashley and Carlos Palomera and many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
