Marion Steven Wright, 68 of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, passed from this life on Wednesday, March 13, 2019. Mr. Wright was born August 27, 1950 in Pascagoula, Mississippi. He was a retired inspector with Chevron Oil Rigs.

Mr. Wright loved to fish and his family were descendants of the Clark and Lyons families and founders of families from Jackson County and Mobile County. He was preceded in death by his wife Nancy Sue (Bush) Wright; son, Jason “Pete” Wright; and brother, Michael Reed Wright. He is survived by his son, Anthony Michael Wright; sister, Jenny Jones Powell; and many cousins, other relatives and many, many friends.
