Mark L. Spudich, age 64 of East Chicago, IN passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018. He is survived by wife of 23 years, Lexann Wells; 2 children, Erin Wells and Mark Roberts; nieces, Susan Stevens, Debra Jakubin and Jeanette Collins; nephews, Chris and Michael Spudic. Preceded in death by his parents, Mark and Mary Spudich; brothers, Michael and Tim Spudic; sister, Geraldine M. Collins.

Mark was a 1971 graduate of East Chicago Washington High School. He was member of the International Brotherhood. Owner of Mark’s Heating and Cooling and employed by Property Boss and he was a former employee at Inland Steel Company and JNE.

Mark was a lifelong resident of East Chicago, IN and was known in the neighborhood as “Fix-it Man”, whether it be lawn mowers, snow blowers, plumbing or electrical, “HE DID IT”. A Memorial Gathering will be held at the Hammond Moose Lodge #570, 7500 Cline Avenue, Hammond, IN 46323 on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at 4:00 pm.
