Graveside services for Martha Ann Hoffman Perkins, 78, of Lubbock, Texas, will be at 11AM, Monday September 17, 2018 at Resthaven Memorial Park, 5740 W. 19th St, Lubbock, TX. She died on August 27, 2018, and was born in Lubbock, TX on November 4, 1939. Martha loved reading and learning, reading throughout her life.

She attended Texas Tech University and Draughn’s Business College. She worked as a secretary, Administrative Assistant, employment counselor, and as an insurance auditor. Survivors include: Sister- Mary N. Hoffman, Brother- Bill Perkins, son- Doug Cole, daughter- Sandra Hamilton, Neice- Lori Liebl, Nephews- John Hoffman, David Perkins, Stuart Perkins; Grandchildren- Stephanie Johnson, Chance Johnson, Rachael Hoffman, and Great-grandson- Jesse Johnson.

Great niece- Lesley Hoffman, Great-nephew Aaron Jason Hoffman; nephews Dan and Michael Persechini. Preceded in death by: parents- Paul D. Hoffman and Matalie Hoffman, Siblings- Paula Custer, Aaron D. Hoffman, Marna Persechini, Robert V. Hoffman. Nephews- Russell Perkins, Paul Douglas Hoffman, Matt Hoffman; Neice- Ann Ratcliff.
