Obituary for Martha Ann Morris Martha Ann Morris, 77, of May, TX went to be with her Lord peacefully in her home on October 17, 2018. Martha Ann was born in the summer of 1941 to Hugh and Doreen Whitaker in Lubbock, TX. She graduated high school and attended college at South Plains College in Levelland, TX.

Martha Ann worked for Methodist hospital as a Monitor Technician. She married Robert Lee Morris in December of 1956 in Galax, VA and their union was blessed with four children. Martha spent a large portion of her life in West Texas, Lubbock area, and retired on the Lake in Brownwood.

She enjoyed Bingo, cooking, crochet, and loved music and karaoke. Martha Ann is survived by two sons, Terry and wife Kim Morris of Austin, TX and Tim and wife Rhonda Morris of Brownwood, TX; a brother, Ronald Dwain and wife Ellen Whitaker, 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren with 2 more on the way. Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Morris; and two sons, Danny and Kenny Morris.

A Memorial Service will be Sunday, October 21, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Heartland Funeral Chapel, 303 Early blvd. , Early TX 76802 officiated by Bob Smithson. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Martha Ann Morris please visit our Sympathy Store.
