Martha was born July 24, 1930 in Vaughn, AR to Ruben Lloyd and Thelma (Harral) Turner. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, William Deric Lewis, her parents, one son William Loyd Lewis and one brother Harral Turner.

She is survived by four daughters, Thelma (Steve) Duty of Geronimo, OK, Linda (Virgil) Jones of Gravette, Bethy (Jerry) Slyter of Centerton, Toni (Tim) Hinrichs of Rogers; two sons James (Lois) Lewis of Gentry, Allen Lewis of Bella Vista; and one brother John Turner of Southwest City, MO. Martha had 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Martha was known for her big smile, big laugh, and the joy she had when surrounded by family and friends.

She was a member of the First Christian Church of Gentry and the NWA Cavalcade. Visitation will be at Bella Vista Funeral Home, Thursday, February 21st from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Followed by a celebration of Martha’s life at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 22nd at First Christian Church, 102 W 2nd Street in Gentry, AR. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice.
