Michael Dallas Boling March 23, 1944 – January 23, 2019 Share this obituary View Photo Galleries| Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries| Send Sympathy Card Michael Dallas Boling, 74, of Bentonville passed away peacefully at his home on January 23, 2019, surrounded by his loved ones. Mike was born on March 23, 1944 to Truman and Lorene (Mason) Boling. He played football for the Bentonville Tigers and graduated in 1962.

After graduating, he entered the Army National Guard and went on to help his dad, building custom homes, for Boling Construction. Later he started his own company, Mike Boling Construction. For several years, he was a volunteer fire fighter for the Bentonville Fire Department.

Mike was an avid Arkansas Razorback fan and followed the Bentonville Tigers religiously. Any time there was a game for either team, he was either listening in on the radio or watching them on tv. He enjoyed his time hunting quail and pheasants as well as spending long weekends camping at the river.

Mike loved quality time with his beloved family and friends, restoring old Ford Mustangs, and sitting outside around a good fire pit. Mike also took in and loved any stray that came scratching at his door. Mike was a beloved son, brother, father, grandpa and friend.

He is survived by his mother, Lorene Boling, of Bentonville; three beautiful daughters, Marcia (Boling) South and husband, Scott, of Rogers, Lisa (Boling) Henderson and husband, Terry, of Siloam Springs, Tiffany Boling and significant other, Charles Perez, of Rogers; brother, Steve Boling and wife, Patricia, of Austin, TX; sister, Carolyn (Boling) Grimsley, of Bentonville; four grandchildren, Meghan McDowell of Bella Vista, Kaitlyn South of Rogers, Blake and Brooke Henderson, both of Siloam Springs; numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his faithful and longtime neighbors and best friends, Kim and Marie Cowgur. He is proceeded in death by his father, Truman Dallas Boling.

Celebration of Mike’s life will be held in jeans and flannel shirts on Monday, January 28, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Bella Vista Funeral Home and Crematory. Honorary Pallbearers are Kim Cowgur, Arthur Henderson, Ronnie Guyll and Tony Bertschey. A private burial at the Bentonville Cemetery will be held at a later date.
