Cortland – Martha Ann Conley, 92, passed away Sunday morning, July 1, 2018 at Continuing Health Care of Niles. Martha was born on December 25, 1925 in Blevins, Arkansas to parents Sydney Joseph and Carra Ester (Brooks) Garrett. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Sharon (James) McKinney, Linda Green, Judy (Roland) White, and Carla (Thomas) Hurd; and her grandchildren, Misty McKinney, Jamie McKinney, Shannon Haug, Shellie Lanhan, Teresa Whitacre, Brian White, Dr. Brent Hurd, Brad Hurd, Lacey Nandelstadt, and Brittney Johnson.

Martha Ann was also blessed with 22 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. She is survived by her brother, Doyle (Barbara) Garrett and her sister, Ina Sue (Bobby) Allan. Her beloved husband Burbridge Wesley Conley, whom she married on July 29, 1943 passed away on December 17, 1995.

She was also preceded in death by her only son David Randal Conley; and her brother Sydney Marvin Garrett Jr. Martha Ann and her husband loved the adventure of traveling, camping and meeting new people. She always shined her brightest when teaching someone to crochet, or how to cook, she told great stories and loved to spend time with her growing family Family and friends may visit from 5-7:00PM on Thursday July 5, 2018 at Lane Family Funeral Home at 180 Garfield Dr. NE in Warren, with a funeral service at 7:00PM officiated by Pastor Bill Carter. Burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery in Nettie, West Virginia, family and friends may send their heartfelt condolences by visiting www.
