Richard F. “Dick” Heverly, age 80, of Warren, passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018, at his home following a long illness. Born July 25, 1938 in Utahville, PA. , he was the son of Charles W. and Catherine R. (Burchill) Heverly.

He graduated from Harding High School. He retired from Van Huffel Tube in Warren. He was a member of the Lordstown Christian Church.

Dick loved hunting, fishing, riding his four-wheeler and motorcycle, as well as spending time at his camp in Pennsylvania. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Jacqueline “Jackie” (Bertolette); children: Terri (Keith) Sikora, Sharon (Bill) Sinn, and Richard (Tricia) Heverly; grandchildren: Brandon (Ieva) Sinn, Brittany (Bobby) Bruck, Briana (Dan) O’Brien, Alexandra (Alex) Sikora, Olivia Brown, Tori (Tyler) Heverly, and Samantha (Anthony) Heverly; great-grandchildren: Tanner, Ryker, Aubri and Klay Bruck, Layla Cronin and “soon to be” Lilita Sinn; sisters: Barbara Dufalla and Sandra (Greg) MacDougall, and sister in law Barbara Heverly.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Ronald. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 3-5PM at the Lordstown Administration Building, 1455 Salt Springs Rd, Lordstown. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Lordstown Christian Church.
