Marvin J Williams, age 91, of the Wisconsin Veterans Home formerly of Wild Rose, passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Veterans Home. Marvin was born in Wild Rose on November 27, 1927 the son of the late Griffith and Helen (Jensen) Williams. He entered the US Army in 1950 during the Korean War.

On June 6, 1953, Marvin married Norma Herrington in Wild Rose. He was a member of Wild Rose Presbyterian Church. Marvin is survived by his wife: Norma Williams, Wild Rose; his children: Mark (Mary Ellen) Williams, Oswego, IL; Scott (Annette) Williams, Downers Grove, IL and Glen (Linda) Williams, Downers Grove, IL.

9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson, Garrett, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. The Memorial Service will be on Saturday, March 16 at 11 AM at the Wild Rose Presbyterian Church with Pastor Alyson Janke, officiating.
