Mary Ann Martinson June 29, 1936 – May 11, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Mary Ann Martinson, 82, Cambridge, died peacefully on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on June 29, 1936 in Aztalan, the daughter of the late Alfred and Esther (Lieret) Zimmerman. She attended schools in Milford and Lake Mills.

On June 1, 1963 she married Gary E. Martinson. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed by Moore’s Seafood for 30 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lake Mills.

Mary Ann enjoyed playing Bingo and Euchre. In her younger years she loved to go dancing. Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Gary; their four children, Randy Martinson of Hartford, Lisa (John) Hrobsky of Jefferson, Lori (Gary) Hertel, all of Jefferson, Gary (Julie) Martinson, Jr. of Park Falls, WI; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Sandy Zimmerman of Lake Mills; other relatives and friends.

Also preceded in death by three brothers, Marvin, Earl, and Don Zimmerman. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Lake Mills. Friends may call after 10 a.m. on Thursday at the church until the time of service.

Burial will be in the Aztalan-Milford Cemetery. If desired, memorials would be appreciated to the church. www.
