North Augusta, SC……Mrs. Mary C. McCorquodale, 86, wife of 50 years to Frank M. McCorquodale, entered into rest on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Unoversity Hospital. Her memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 in the Rowland-Ford Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Alan Tillman officiating. Mrs. McCorquodale was a talented musician, she sang and played the upright bass.

She was a skilled seamstress and an excellent cook. She enjoyed traveling, particularly to the mountains. She will be remembered most fondly for her generous spirit, big heart and desire for all to make peace and get along.

She was a student of the Bible having read it in its entirety many times and she loved children. She would be known to give out candy and money to the children of Bible Baptist Church where she was an active and dedicated member. Additional survivors include a brother, Sammy Caines (Cornelia); a nephew Billy Luckey (Cindy) and nieces, Melanie Gress (Tim) and Kerrie Charles (Stacy).

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The family requests that memorials be made to Bible Baptist Church, c/o Sherry Brown 384 Murrah Rd. North Augusta, SC 29860.
