Mary E. Lawson, 87, formerly of Jefferson Twp. , passed away on February 8, 2019 at the Chicora Medical Center. Born March 1, 1931 in Millerstown, she was the daughter of Floyd L. Ellenberger and Ruth E. Goldinger.

Mary was retired from Du-Co Ceramics, where she had been an inspector. She was a member of Thorn Creek U.M. Church. She enjoyed bowling, bingo and square dancing.

Surviving are nieces & nephews and brother and sister-in-laws. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Thomas C. Lawson, her sister, Lois Barnhart, and 2 brothers, Harold Ellenberger, Dale Ellenberger. Friends will be received on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, from 6-8 pm at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg.

Services will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, 11:00 am at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA, with Rev. Mary Jo Gould officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Burial Estates.
