OBITUARY Mary Ellen Lutz May 31, 1945 – January 13, 2019 Mary Ellen Lutz, 73, of Greeneville, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2019, at her home. She entered into rest at 1:00 p.m. to meet her Savior after a long illness. She retired from CVS after 40 years.

She was a member of Bales Chapel United Methodist Church, Ottway Ruritan, and several other women’s clubs and church clubs. Survivors include two brothers and a sister-in-law: Doyle Key and Dennis and Jo Key; sisters-in-law: Stella (Eddie) Blazer and Anita Bernard; brother-in-law and wife: Tommy and Cathy Lutz; two sisters-in-law: Iva and Barbara Lutz; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband: James Orville Lutz; parents: Ralph and Maggie Key; special nephew: Landon Key; and four brothers-in-law: Wayne, Archie, and Junior Lutz, and Grady Bernard.

The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jim Fain officiating.

Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in Hardin’s Chapel Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ricky Key, Rex Key, Lonnie Key, Eddie Blazer, Scotty Blazer, Tommy Lutz, and Joe Harmon.

Honorary pallbearers are her friends and co-workers at CVS, Sweet Lips Diner, and the Ottway Ruritan. FAMILY Doyle Key, Brother Dennis and Jo Key, Brother and Sister-in-law Stella (Eddie) Blazer, Sister-in-law Anita Bernard, Sister-in-law Tommy and Cathy Lutz, Brother-in-law and Wife Iva Lutz, Sister-in-law Barbara Lutz, Sister-in-law James Orville Lutz, Husband Ralph and Maggie Key, Parents Landon Key, Special Nephew Wayne Lutz, Brother-in-law Archie Lutz, Brother-in-law Junior Lutz, Brother-in-law Grady Bernard, Brother-in-law She also leaves several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews to cherish her memory.
