Obituary Service Details Mary J. Burton- Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016, at 11 am, at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, for Mrs. Mary Jane Burton, 78, who departed this life on Saturday, October 15, 2016, in St. Elizabeth Hospital, after an extended illness. Mrs. Burton was born January 12, 1939, in Ashman, GA. , a daughter of Naomi Crane.

Mrs. Burton was a homemaker and a member of the church. She enjoyed bingo, singing, and was an avid reader. She leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter Paulette Burton Saunders of Youngstown, sons: Shawn Frederick Burton of Akron, Grailing Burton of Cleveland, and Cleveland (Michelle) Burton of Canfield, a brother, James Cleveland Forest of Georgia, 4 granddaugters, 3 grandsons, 2 great-grandsons, and 2 great- granddaughters, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, her husband; Charles Frederick Burton, a brother, Benny Lee Forest, and a son, Lamont Burton. Friends may call from 10 am to 11 am at the church.
