Mary June Grissett Blair, 87, of Smiths Station, AL passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am EST on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City with Rev. Bud Passmore officiating.

Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 am EST, one hour prior to the service at the funeral home in Phenix City. Mrs. Blair was born June 10, 1931 in Columbus, GA to the late Runnett Strickland Fuller, and her step-father, Jessie Fuller, who loved her as his own daughter.

She was employed with the Bibb Mill with many years of faithful service. She enjoyed embroidering, puzzles, yard activities, and loved spending time with her pet Chihuahua Mae-Mae. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church in Salem, AL.

Other than her mother and step-father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Glenn Blair, and a son, Billy Wayne Lowery. She is survived by two daughters, Mary Ann Lewis, and Conzey Morton and husband David; her sister in Christ, Sue Flowers and husband James, one brother, Arthur “Bubba” Grissett and wife Joan, (5) grandchildren, (9) great grandchildren, numerous other loving family members, and many caring friends.
