OBITUARY Mary Ruth “Idell” Haynes Phillips July 20, 1927 – July 24, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Mary Ruth “Idell” Phillips, age 91, died July 24, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband J.D. Phillips; parents Dee Troy Haynes and Edith Speegle Phillips; and son Dearl Phillips. She is survived by her daughter Judy (Charls) Wood; son Jerry Phillips; brother Dee Levon Haynes; grandchildren Scott (Julie) Speegle, Kelly Carlsen, Stephanie Cockrell and Karen Phillips; and great-grandchildren J.T. Helms, Jase Carlsen, Abigail Cockrell, Katlin Cockrell, and Caleb Cockrell.

Visitation for Ms. Phillips will be Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Thursday, July 26, 2018 from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM at Moss Service Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside Service will be at Bowman’s Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery at 11:00 AM with burial to follow. Please visit mossservicefh.com to leave condolences for the family.
