Mary Ruth “Sue” Bracken passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Centre Point Nursing Home in Tallahassee, FL. The graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 12, 2018 at Oak Ridge Memorial Park, Oak Ridge, TN. Her family will receive friends after the service.

Mrs. Bracken was born on May 8, 1928 in Knoxville, TN. The daughter of the late Roy and Mae Lusby. She was a member of the Eastern Star and Woodland Baptist Church in Oak Ridge.

She lived in Oak Ridge and Knoxville until moving to Tallahassee, FL. for the past twelve years. She is survived by her son Dan Bracken (wife Carrol); two sisters Bobbie Sulfridge and Neva Hurst; two brothers Tommy Lusby (wife Joyce) and Hershel Lusby (wife Martha); her grandchildren Jennifer Bracken, Christy Bracken, Jamin Keillor (wife Lorrie) and Kimberly Davis (husband Justin) and Brandi Stephens; eight great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Clarence Bracken (married 52 years) her daughter Linda Stephens and a brother Scott Lusby. Faith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements (850. 539.
