Obituary for Mary S. Long Mary S. Long, 95, of Palmyra died Wednesday, January 9, 2019 in Columbia Cottage. She was the wife of the late Charles J. Long who died in 2010. Born in Water Works on July 2, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Ray and Violet Fortna Shanaman.

She worked in linens and houseware sales for John Wanamaker, Harrisburg Mary was a 1941 graduate of Annville High School and a member of First United Methodist Church, Palmyra. She was preceded in death in addition to her husband and parents by a son Gary Long. She was the last of her immediate family.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 PM at the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Interment will be in Covenant/Greenwood Cemetery. There will be no viewing or visitation.
