Maurice Walker “Moe” Jackson, 58, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018 under the care of Hospice of Ohio County. He was born November 4, 1960 in Hartford, Kentucky to the late Franklin Jackson, Sr. and Martine Amos Jackson. Moe was a heavy equipment operator.

Aside from his parents he was preceded in death by his step grandson, Gabriel Chinn. Survivors include his wife, Jo Ellen Jackson of Beaver Dam; daughter Jillian (Sean) Lenn of Hartford; three step children, Justin (Amanda) Shaffer of Hartford, Sarah Chinn of Beaver Dam, and Rachel Shaffer of Beaver Dam; two grandchildren, Sierra Osborne and Mercedes Lenn; ten step grandchildren and brother, Franklin (Aleceia) Jackson, Jr. of Whitesville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky.

Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam, Kentucky. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday and from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be left at www.
