May Lagrange Giambrone, born May 11, 1930. She died Friday, February 8, 2019 encircled in love by her family. A resident of Napoleonville, she was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Michael Joseph Giambrone; and her son, Daniel P. Giambrone.

She is mourned by her daughter, Anne Giambrone Daray and husband Don; sons, Michael Giambrone Jr., David Giambrone, Peter Giambrone and wife Chandra, John Giambrone and wife Jennifer, Glen Giambrone and wife Bonita “Bee Jay”; niece and goddaughter, Janine Lagrange Kenley; 10 grandchildren, Heather Guedry Thibodaux and husband Jason, Jeremy Giambrone and wife Elizabeth, Jackie Giambrone Bailey and husband Charlie, Donnie Albarado Jr. and wife Kim, Jake Albarado, and Cade, Carson, Christian, Chloe and Sophie Giambrone; and eight great-grandchildren, Ella, Amelia and Addison Thibodaux, Noah and Kyle Bailey and Brayden, Harrison and Stella Albarado. May’s parents were Dozilien “Pete” and Lucy Lagrange and her brothers were Louis, Edward and Clinton Lagrange. She was a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s in Education.

She devoted her life to her husband and children, and was a faithful parishioner of St Anne, spending many years serving in the choir. Visitation at St. Anne Catholic Church, Napoleonville, on Monday, February 11, from 11:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 p.m. Interment in St. Anne Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Anne Catholic Church, Napoleonville for masses or foodforthepoor.org/.
