Mazzelle Smith, 73, of Lincoln, DE passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018 at the Silver Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dover. Mazzelle was born in Wilmington, NC the daughter of the late Peter and Posey Harrison. She was a homemaker.

She was Pentecostal and a member of the Greensboro Church of God. She loved flowers, gardening and especially spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 5 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her daughter Virginia May Matthews, 3 sons Jimmy Zweemer, Peter Zweemer and Jack Pearson; two sisters Goldy McNeil and Virginia Harrison; two brothers Frank Harrison and Howard Harrison; 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Friends may call from 6 – 8 pm on Sunday evening, June 24 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Monday, June 25 at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Wicomico Memorial Park, Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, MD. Letters of condolence may be sent and shared with the family at www. loflandandmcknatt.com.
