3, 1966, in Lexington, KY but lived in Nicholasville until she was admitted to the Landmark of Lancaster. A homemaker and mother to Candace Brouse and Weston Flannery, she has 6 grandchildren and 2 brothers Mark and Monty Barnett. She leaves a childhood friend Rebecca Moberly, husband Jerry.

Cremation was chosen and in keeping with her wishes there are no services planned.
