Mi Mike Guo, 36, beloved son of Huaxin Xu and Chang Guo of Westfield, passed away on June 25, 2018. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 2 to 6 PM at Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home, 582 Springfield Ave. , Westfield.

He went to Liberty High School in West Virginia and graduated with a college degree in computer science from West Virginia University. He was very active in high school. He was on the school basketball team, swim team, and he was the cameraman for school plays.

Mike was friendly, sociable, and easy going, a personality that won him a lot of friends at school. Mike not only loved to play sports, but he also loved cars. He spent most of his free time either looking at cars or working on cars.

After Mike finished college, he came to NJ. He first worked at AVTech. Then he worked at AT&T.

After that he worked at Bloomfield College. He worked at the Help Desk, and he liked his job. Since Mike was young, he always liked to help people.

He was kind and generous. Whenever someone needed help, he was always there, lending a helping hand. Working at the Help Desk was perfect for him.

This job gave him plenty of opportunities to help others. Mike passed away happy. He did not suffer any pain, and that is a big comfort for his family.

Mike does not have any brothers or sisters, but he has 4 cousins and many aunts and uncles, and grandaunts.
