Bruckler, 74, of the Leisuretowne section of Southampton, NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 14, 2019, at home surrounded by his family. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Michael resided in Southampton for the last 17 years. He was a U.S. Army Veteran who served during the Vietnam War.

Michael was a member of the Teamsters Local 676, and the Medford VFW Post 7677. Michael enjoyed antique cars, car shows and working on and showing his 1969 Corvair. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Barbara (nee Moy) Bruckler; his two daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Robert Powell, and Carol and Daniel Jacoby; his brother and sister-in-law, Arthur and Jacqueline Bruckler; two grandchildren, Olivia and Alexander; his nieces and nephews, Aaron, Kelsey, Alice and Devon; and six great nephews.

Relatives and friends may greet the family on Saturday, March 23, 2019, from 10-11AM, at the Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N. Main St., Medford, NJ. A Memorial Service will follow at 11AM, at the funeral home. Interment will be held privately for the family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Michael’s memory to Deborah Heart and Lung Foundation, 200 Trenton Rd. , Browns Mills, NJ 08015; Medford VFW Post 7677, 317 Church Rd. , Medford, NJ 08055; or to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
