Norma “Penni”‘s Obituary Norma Lea “Penni” Benedetti, 67, of Forked River, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at Bay Shore Medical Center, Holmdel, NJ. Born in Hobbs, New Mexico, Penni resided in Forked River for the last 25 years. She retired as Assistant Director for Opportunity Knocks in Freehold, NJ.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and will be deeply missed. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Ronald Benedetti; three sons, Alan D. Bosshardt (Diane Mazzarella), Frank Melro, Sr. (Kathy), and Robert Brown; her brother, Gary Harris (Carol), two grandchildren, Be Be and Frank Melro, Jr.; and a niece and nephew, Kimberly and Christopher Harris. Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Penni’s memory to Comhar Development Foundation, Inc., c/o Controller, 100 W. Lehigh Ave. , Philadelphia, PA 19133. All arrangements are under the care and direction of the Huber-Moore Funeral Home, Bordentown, NJ.
