Michael’s Obituary Mike Cornelison Services for Michael David Cornelison, 68, of Ada are 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Central Church of Christ, Bud Ross and Bill Nelson will officiate. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery, near Seminole. Mr. Cornelison passed away Thursday, May 9, 2019 at his home.

He was born March 9, 1951 at Seminole to Claude H. and Patricia Johnson Cornelison. He graduated from Seminole High School in 1969. He attended United Electronic Institute and East Central University.

As a teenager, he worked in the family business, Cornelison Engine Maintenance Company. He married Deborah Kay Brown December 21, 1973. Mr. Cornelison retired in 2012, after 36 years of service, from Sunoco Logistics, where he worked as a pipeline gauger in the Ada area.

He was a member of the Church of Christ and a former member of the Ada Trap and Skeet Club. Survivors include his wife, Deborah Cornelison, of the home; his son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Christina Cornelison; his grandsons, Jake and Max Cornelison; his mother-in-law, Betty Brown of Seminole; numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Mark Cornelison; and sister, Susan King.

Bearers will be Wade Cornelison, Bill Holmberg, Kelly Hurt, Barrett Johnson, Larry Sawyer and Rauni Sherrell. Honorary bearers will be Eric, Jake and Max Cornelison. The family says those who wish may make memorials to the Compassion Outreach Center, 1124 Cradduck Rd.
