Obituary of Michael LiVecchi Michael L. LiVecchi Las Vegas: March 4, 2019. Mike passed away passed away peacefully in Rochester NY, his hometown with his family. He was born January 5, 1940, the son of Michael & Molly LiVecchi.

After a heroic battle with cancer, Mike has been welcomed into the arms of Jesus! Predeceased by his wife, Carol Piccarreto LiVecchi. Surrounded by his loving family; sons, Michael J. (Kim Bills) LiVecchi & Jim (Nicki) LiVecchi; daughter, Kim Cook; his beautiful grandchildren, Michael A. (Angela Tassone) LiVecchi, Brittany (Brandon) Bermudez, Daniel Cook, Samuel & Molly LiVecchi; sister, Tessy (Frank) Lodato; several nieces, nephews & cousins.

Mike was a retiree of the City of Rochester Fire Department and former owner of Mike & Val’s Garage. He moved to Las Vegas in 1985 and enjoyed his retirement years with Carol playing tennis and bingo. Mike will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather.

He cared deeply for his family. Mike’s visitation will be held 4-7 PM on Thursday, March 7th at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between Rt 390 & Long Pond Rd). His funeral service will be celebrated 10AM on Friday, March 8th at the funeral home.

Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the U of R Medical Center, Palliative Care Program, PO Box 270441, Rochester NY 14627-0441 in Mike’s memory.
