Michael Wayne Edwards, Jr., age 26, passed away on May 3, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Villa due to complications from Cerebral Palsy. He was born on December 18, 1992 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Michael Wayne Edwards Sr. and Sharon Janae Duvall. Michael was a graduate of West High School where he was active in the ROTC program, he was also a graduate of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Seminary program.

He is survived by his Mother, Sharon J. Duvall; Father, Michael W. Edwards Sr.; Grandma, Lillian Parr-Wanlace along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service will be held to celebrate Michael’s life on Friday, May 17, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Joseph’s Villa located at 451 Bishop Federal Lane Salt Lake City, UT 84115.
