Michaela Jr Ma Villa , May 21, 1997 — October 02, 2018

St. Johnsville – Michaela J. R. MacVilla, 21, of St. Johnsville passed away unexpectedly on October 2, 2018. She was born May 21, 1997 in Missoula, Montana the daughter of Samantha (MacVilla) Jump and Kevin Jump. Michaela was a graduate of OESJ High School, class of 2016.

Michaela was employed at the St. Johnsville Stewarts Shop, a job she really enjoyed. She loved visiting with the customers and working with her co –workers. Michaela was a loving and caring daughter and sister, who enjoyed the quality time she spent with her family and friends.

She enjoyed being active in her community and was always the first to lend a hand. When she was relaxing at home she could be found cuddling with her cat “Mr. Perfect”. Survivors include her parents, Samantha and Kevin Jump of St. Johnsville; her maternal grandmother, Rev.

Jeanne Carey and her partner, Michele Forsey of St. Johnsville; paternal grandfather, John Weaver and Darlene Apisa of Fort Plain; a sister, Tabitha of St. Johnsville; two brothers, Jarrid of Billings, Montana and Kyle of St. Johnsville; several aunts and uncles, including two special aunts, Cora Murray and husband Robert and Lee Ann Cummings, and many cousins. She was pre-deceased by a sister, Kimberlee L. Jump on August 31, 2018 and her maternal grandfather, James R. MacVilla on July 28, 2018. Funeral services will be held on Sunday October 7, 2018 at 4:00 pm at the OESJ High School Auditorium, Center St., St. Johnsville, NY with Reverend David Johnson , pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, officiating.

Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Relatives and friends may call at the OESJ High School Auditorium on Sunday October 7, 2018 from 1:00 pm until the time of the services at 4:00 pm. In lieu of flowers please make all memorial contributions to a charity of one’s choice.

Arrangements are under the caring guidance of the Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, (next to the Masonic Lodge), 20 Bridge St., St. Johnsville, NY. 518-568-7040. The family would like to express a sincere thank you to all the friends, neighbors, police departments and the surrounding communities for compassion shown to the family during the very difficult time.
