Obituary of Michilina Papaleo LITTLE FALLS – Michilina “Micki” Papaleo, 97, a longtime resident of Little Falls, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018, at Alpine Nursing in Little Falls, with the love and support of her family at her side. Born in Little Falls, NY, on January 20, 1921, she was the daughter of the late John and Clementine (Guerriero) Raiello and was educated here locally. In 1941, she was united in marriage to Peter “Pete” Papaleo, in St. Joseph ’s Church in Little Falls, by Fr.

Connolly, a loving union of 46 years until Peter’s passing November 17, 1987. Micki was a member of the Holy Family Parish, its Rosary Society, and always put her family first with many family traditions and a whole lot of love. She is survived by her beloved children, James Papaleo and his wife, Michele, of Little Falls, John “Hap” Papaleo, of Mohawk and Annette Boslet and her husband, Charles “Bill” of, Canajoharie; grandchildren, Jamie, Christopher, Shelly and Al Peruzzi, Peter and Natalie and Lisa & Mike Aceto; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Micki was predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Mary Catherine Papaleo; as well as two brothers, and three sisters. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at 10:30 AM, from The Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 West Monroe Street , in Little Falls and at 11:00 AM, at Holy Family Parish, corner of East Main & John Sts. , Little Falls where her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.

Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Town of Herkimer . Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Monday, November 19th, from 5 until 7 PM at the funeral home. Donations may be considered to a charity of choice.
