It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that our family shares the news that Michelle Caldwell passed away late this afternoon, November 7th. She was surrounded by loved ones and felt no pain in the end. Michelle Caldwell was a loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, sister and friend to so many.
We will miss her deeply. Michelle taught us that life is not about accumulating wealth; however, our greatest wealth is our faith, our loved ones and serving others in His name. She did great works of faith in her life and loved her family.
She did missionary work in Africa. Michelle was made an honorary Queen in Africa for her great missionary works. She was very proud of that.
How she lived and loved filled her heart with joy. We will miss her. We cherish our lifetimes together and celebrate her life.
One of her wishes was that her family stay strong, to cherish each other and to be well. Move past things that hurt. She emphasized on togetherness.
We want to give thanks to her supportive family, friends, her minister and her caring medical staff. Her sisters stayed by her side and surrounded her with comfort and love until the very end. She loved her sisters, her truest friends in life.
Friends stopping to visit. Her medical staff attended to her every need and made her comfortable. The prayers, calls and visits meant so much to Michelle and her family.
Michelle is in God’s care now. When our family left after saying our final goodbyes, church bells softly rang. This was Michelle’s way of telling us she received her angel wings.
