OBITUARY Mike Spillman February 3, 1952 – January 14, 2019 Mike Spillman, 66, passed away Monday, January 14, 2019 in Wichita Falls. Memorial services will be held at 3:30 PM on Thursday, January 17, 2019 in the chapel at Dutton Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Meyenberg, First United Methodist Church of Holliday, officiating.

Services are entrusted to Dutton Funeral Home of Iowa Park, Texas. Mike was born February 3, 1952 in Sherman, Texas to Humphrey Michael and Jewel (Russell) Spillman. He graduated from Iowa Park High School in 1970 where he was a member of the 1969 State Champion Iowa Park Hawks Football Team.

Mike married Beverly Ann Wheeler on November 9, 1974 in Iowa Park. He worked for 43 years at PPG as an operator and retired in 2016. Mike loved baseball, golf, and enjoyed hiking with his family at the Wichita Mountains.

He also enjoyed working in his yard. Mike is preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Sam; and brother-in-law, Bob. Surviving relatives include his wife, Beverly Spillman of Wichita Falls; son, Russell Spillman and wife, Lisa of Wichita Falls; daughter, Rebecca Gentry and husband, Allen of Santa Fe, New Mexico; daughter, Jennifer Huff and husband, Aaron of Henrietta, Texas; grandchildren, Abbey, Kellan, Corbi, Brylee, and Brantley; brother, James Spillman of Dandridge, Tennessee; and sister, Sally Haggard of Powderly, Texas.

Memorials are suggested, in lieu of flowers, to Hospice of Wichita Falls, 4909 Johnson Road, Wichita Falls, Texas 76310.
