Obituary for Mildred Hatfield (Cummins) Mildred K. Hatfield (94) of Midway, KY, formerly of Pendleton and Campbell County, passed away Friday, July 27, 2018 at her home. Mildred was born in Brooksville, KY on June 10, 1924, daughter of the late Samford and Minnie Poe Cummins. Mildred is survived by her children Larry (Sue) Hatfield, Brenda (George) Henderson, Terry (Charron) Hatfield, Charlie (Teresa) Hatfield, Debbie (Randy) Biddle, Rick (Joyce) Hatfield and Denise Hatfield, brother Alvie Cummins, grandchildren Michael Biddle, Jennifer Biddle, Kelly Hatfield, Kimberly Hatfield, Mark Henderson, Krista Erb, Nathan Hatfield, Corey Hatfield, Brandon Hatfield, Amber Bird, Jeff Hatfield, Niki Kirk, Jade Kelley, Timothy Blackburn-Kelly, Timera Blackburn-Kelly and Reggie Blackburn, numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mildred is preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Hatfield, nine siblings and a grandchild Troy Henderson. Mildred was a member of the Southside Christian Church in Versailles, KY, she was a wonderful caregiver to her husband, mother and father in laws and loved birds, traveling and coloring. Visitation will be held from 11-2 pm Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the Peoples Funeral Home- Butler.
Funeral services will follow at 2 pm also at the funeral home. Mildred’s final resting place will be in the Mt. Gilead Cemetery- Carthage, KY.
