Obituary for Andrew Mullins Andrew R. Mullins (30) of California, KY passed away Sunday, October 21, 2018 at his home. He was born in Ft. Thomas, KY on July 6, 1988, son of Connie Mullins and the late Turney Burns Jr. Andrew is survived by his mother Connie Mullins, step father Ray Johnson, children Aden Mullins, Lilly Mullins, siblings Billy Johnson, Daisy Johnson, Grandparents Alvin & Ruth Mullins, Turney Burns Sr., numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held 5-7pm Friday, October 26, 2018 at Peoples Funeral Home in Butler, Ky. Funeral service will immediately follow at 7pm, also at the funeral home.
