Obituary for Curtis E. Witte Curtis E. Witte (66) of Butler, KY passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at the Hospice of St. Elizabeth. Curtis was born in Dayton, KY on February 11, 1952, son of the late Margaret Sauerbeck Witte and Edward (Barbara) Witte. Curtis was a member of the Senior Center in Cold Spring, KY, enjoying his yoga classes as the only male in the class.

He was retired from CSX Railroad and loved playing golf and riding around in his hotrod convertible. In addition to his parents, Curtis is preceded in death by his sister Judy Witte. Survivors include his wife Linda Tallon Witte, children Denise DeMoss, Daphne Kisker, Dawn Gray, step children Dorsey Kaufman, Summer Witte Minning and Tommy Witte, sister Constance Witte, brothers Jim Henderson, John Henderson and 13- Grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held from 2-10 pm on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the Granite Springs Clubhouse, 668 Silver Ledge, Cold Spring, KY 41076. Memorials, if desired, are suggested to St. Elizabeth Healthcare Hospice, 483 South Loop Drive, Edgewood, KY 41017 or the St. Jude Children’s Hospital, PO Box 1893, Memphis, TN 38101. Peoples Funeral Home is assisting the family.
