Obituary for Juanita Smith Juanita Smith (76) of Falmouth, KY passed away on Monday, February 18, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. Juanita was born in Dayton, Ky on February 8, 1943, daughter of the late Kendall and Elizabeth Valentine Ray. Juanita was a Veteran of the US Navy.

She was a nurse at St. Luke Hospital and a clerk at Hostess. She is survived by her husband Richard Smith, children Jeff (Rosie) Ray, Andy (Kristina) Smith and Shannon Smith, brother John Ray and sister Peggy Racke and Anna Youtsey. 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 3-7pm on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at the Peoples Funeral Home in Butler. Funeral Service will immediately follow at 7pm also at the funeral home. Online condolences can be made at peoplesfuneralhomes.com.
