Obituary for Gale Gosney (McMahan) Gale M. Gosney (83) of Alexandria, KY, passed away Friday, September 14, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. Gale was born in Dayton, KY on August 17, 1935, daughter of the late Elmer and Barbara Sawyer McMahan. In addition to her parents, Gale is preceded in death by her son Kevin Gosney, sisters Barbara McMahan, Betty Minka and grandson Adam Gosney.

Gale is survived by her husband of 64 years Kenneth Gosney, sons Nelson (Gayle) Gosney, Keith (Linda) Gosney, Jack Gosney, daughter in law Trish Gosney, 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 4-8 pm Monday, September 17, 2018 at Plum Creek Christian Church in Butler, KY. Funeral services held at 10am also at the church, under the direction of Peoples Funeral Home.

Gale’s final resting place will be at Oakland Cemetery. Memorials, if desired, are suggested to Ronald McDonald House of Greater Cincinnati, Attn: Madison Holbrook, 341 Erkenbrecher Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45229 or American Lung Association 4050 Executive Park Dr. #402, Cincinnati, OH 45241.
