She attended school in Boulder and Buena Vista, CO. Mildred worked in a variety of career fields including health care and hospitality. Her interest and hobbies included crossword puzzles, embroidery, cooking, playing games and spending time with family and friends.

Mildred is survived by her loving children, Son, Leon Ziolkowski, Jr of Cheney, WA; Daughter, Diana Ziolkowski of Tucson, AZ; Son, Brian Ziolkowski of Tucson, AZ and five grandchildren Anthony, Kyrsten, Seth, Zander and Ashlyn Ziolkowski. She Preceded in death by Father, Virgil W. Stauffer, Mother, Ethel Irene Stauffer (Daniels), Husband Leon Ziolkowski, Sr, and Daughter Evangeline Martinez.
